WORKING ACROSS THE LIFE COURSE

Each of our research programmes places their work within the Life Course Framework. As an organisation, we understand the value of the Life Course Framework so that we can further explore the issues that arise from it and address the challenges head-on. By looking at health at all ages and all stages of life we are able to create a more holistic picture of a person's health and create services that respond to those needs.

Starting Well

Starting Well seeks to address what happens in pregnancy and early childhood and how this impacts on physical and emotional health all the way through to adulthood.

Living Well

Living Well addresses a person's physical, mental and social wellbeing throughout their life span and the complications that can arise from these areas being neglected.

Ageing Well

Ageing Well deals with our ageing population and how we can better meet their needs so that people can continue to experience happy, healthy lives as they grow older.
