Mark Jackson will be joining the Executive Team of LHP in a new role as Director of Delivery and Performance & Deputy Chief Executive from April 1^st 2019.

Mark has held a number of senior positions within the Executive Team at Liverpool Heart & Chest Hospital NHS Foundation Trust during his past twenty-five year career in the NHS.  This has included Director of Research and Innovation, Associate Director for Quality Improvement and Head of Clinical Governance.

Mark led the creation of the recently launched Centre for Cardiovascular Science and has directed or co-created a number of strategic research and improvement initiatives including the Institute of Cardiovascular Medicine & Science, the North West Quality Improvement programme and recently was the national lead for the pilot of patient reported outcome measures (PROMS) in elective revascularisation.
