Liverpool to host regional teaching event for neurologists
A regional teaching course will take place in Liverpool in April for neurologists.
The three day event at the city’s Radisson Blu Hotel will include sessions on utility of imaging techniques for diagnosing and monitoring epilepsy, movement disorders and multiple sclerosis.
There will also be presentations and discussion around the current status and future perspectives of advanced interventions and therapies, with day three examining the development of efficient clinical leadership and related services.
Other workshops will take place on challenging cases and clinical service development.
The course is being organised by Professor Tony Marson, Director of Research Programmes at Liverpool Health Partners and consultant neurologist and epileptologist at The Walton Centre, Professor of Neurology at The University of Liverpool, and Dr Antonella Macerollo, Consultant Neurologist at The Walton Centre and Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at The University of Liverpool.
The event is limited to 100 participants. More details of the programme and how to register are available here.
