Liverpool Health Partners are presenting a series of Meet The Funder workshops to support researchers with submission of high quality bids to these funders.

The first workshop will focus on NIHR Research for Patient benefit. Professor Kevin Munro, Chair of the NW Regional Advisory Committee for NIHR RfPB will provide an introduction to the scheme and what makes a good application.

We will then hear from some recipients of RfPB funding on their experiences of developing successful applications.

LHP SPARK (the Single Point of Access to Research and Knowledge) will provide information around how this team can support your application in terms of costing.

Finally, the Research Design service will provide a brief overview of the support they can offer and are also offering one to one support sessions in the afternoon where researchers can discuss ideas for applications and applications under development.

These sessions will be allocated on first come first served basis and if demand is too high to be met on the day, follow up sessions will be considered.
