Professor Iain Buchan, Director of Digital Strategy and Partnerships 

Iain is Professor of Public Health and Clinical Informatics at the University of Liverpool, with publications in inequalities and obesity, using public health grounding for large-scale informatics and data science programmes

Dr Rachel Joynes, Director of Research Infrastructure & Education 

Rachel joined us in August to lead programmes of work relating to cross-partnership infrastructure delivery (including LHP SPARK) and developing our education programmes and research capacity building

Caroline Keating, Director of Corporate Services/Board Secretary 

Caroline’s remit includes corporate governance, risk management/ assurance, membership engagement, PR and communications.
