Why this work is important
At LHP we understand the importance of supporting researchers at every step of their career.
That is why the co-development of a mentoring programme is key to our research capacity building plans.
We want to help provide peer and experienced support in the form of system wide group activity such as Communities of Practice and Action Learning Sets.
This would centre around career progression such as fellowship applications and research skills including team working towards first project or paper.
